PAPER TAX FORMS:

State and Federal tax forms are available at the library during tax season each year. Tax forms are located in the front lobby/stairwell (High Street entrance).

You may also PRINT FORMS directly from the Internet any time.

AARP Tax Aide

Free income tax preparation service for elderly and low income citizens is provided by AARP/VITA-trained volunteers in the library's Community Room during tax season.

Service is on a first-come, first-served basis only, with special attention to the elderly. No appointments will be taken and no telephone calls are available. No business or farm returns will be handled. Bring all necessary W-2 and/or 1099 forms, plus all other pertinent tax information for preparation of your 2006 return. Also bring copies of last year's federal and state returns.

Please remember that no food or drink is permitted in the library. This service is not provided by library staff, so please do not ask staff members for tax assistance or advice.
